All of our homeware products are delivered free of charge! Yes that’s right absolutely free!
We hate it when shopping online and you get to the checkout and a surprise delivery charge appears, making your shop that bit more expensive. So we decided we will not be charging our lovely and valued customers delivery.
Our furniture is delivered free of charge locally(Stamford and Peterborough) but there is a delivery charge for furniture more than 2o miles out of Stamford. dELIVERY IS CALCULATED PER MILE PLEASE GET IN CONTACT FOR MORE INFORMATION.
Our deliveries are made in varies ways, we could be hand delivering them ourselves or orders may be sent via an external courier or delivery service. WhicHever way our beautiful products get to you, they will be handled with care every step of the way. We aim to get your orders to you within 5 working days when using external couriers and delivery services. We do not accept any charge or repost items for failed delivery when using external courier and mail services.
We also try to reuse packaging where we can, and use eco friendly and sustainable packaging when ever possible.
Returns
In the event you need to return an item because you have changed your mind or do not like the item then the cost of the return is at the customers expense. Once the item has been returned a full refund will be issued.
If an item arrives damaged, does not work as described or is the wrong item then we will replace the item (if possible) or we will offer a full refund.
